Professional with 20 years of experience in the performance of management functions and in training and development of people. Currently, Director of Human Resources and Labor Relations at Arenales Red Educativa, an organization with more than 900 employees and 26 work centers in several cities in Europe, USA, and the African continent.
He combines his daily work with consulting and training projects specialized in Human Resources management through values. He is also a lecturer at Centro de Estudios Garrigues and Universidad Internacional de La Rioja (UNIR).
Member of the Spanish Association of Human Resources Directors (AEDRH) since 2015 and of the International Organization of Human Capital Managers (ODCH) since 2018.
