He is director of the Digital Transformation Office of Castilla-La Mancha. Expert in strategy, entrepreneurship, new business models, innovation, business financing, and R&D&I, private and public, with extensive experience in the design of public policies and support programs aimed at entrepreneurs, the creation of startups, spin-offs, and innovative technology-based companies; the promotion of innovation, digitization and the use of ICTs; and the development of financing instruments for companies and R&D&I, with extensive experience in the design, development, and management of project programs for growth, development and business competitiveness, in collaboration with various entities, administrations, and institutions.
Used to be part of management and investment committees; design and implement strategies and business plans; analyze the feasibility of business and investment projects; lead people and multidisciplinary teams, manage projects and departments; detect areas of improvement to develop the potential of the organization.
More than 10 years of experience as an associate professor in business schools, teaching in the classroom and online various subjects: digital transformation of organizations, open innovation, and new business models; lean startup, business plan, creation and management of companies; marketing, business management, communication and sales; finance, financial and analytical accounting, cost analysis, economic and financial management, balanced scorecard, budget and budget management, treasury, means of payment and financing of companies and R+D+i.
Professor of leadership, organizational behavior, management of high-performance teams and management skills in the International Certificate in Leadership and Ethics in Organizations; and professor of marketing in the International Certificate in Business Analysis at the European University of Madrid; and professor of business management and industrial organization in the School of Mining and Industrial Engineering of the UCLM and member of the Network of Entrepreneurial Professors of the UCLM.
